General Terms & Conditions for Competitions & Giveaways

Promoter: Controversial View is the sole promoter of this competition.

Eligibility: This competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 and older, holding a valid identity document. The following individuals are not eligible: directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Controversial View, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members. Additionally, anyone who has won a competition organized by Controversial View within the last 120 days, resides at the same address as a winner, or shares a telephone number with a winner, is also ineligible.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners are chosen randomly and will be notified via the social media platform used to enter or via email on the date specified in the competition details. If a winner cannot be contacted after three attempts within 72 hours during business hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected according to the competition rules.

Prize Details: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Failure to claim a prize or refusal or inability to comply with these terms will result in disqualification, and a new winner may be selected at the discretion of the Promoter.
